We went to a wedding reception at this Hotel, it was a lovely venue and great for a private function such as this. The food was great as were the staff. Catered well for the gluten free guests.

My wife and I enjoyed dinner at the parklake. The Chicken Parm was great and the famous gnocchi was very good. The service was fast, no waiting on drinks and meals came out in reasonable time. The seating was comfortable. I'm looking forward to going back.

I've read a few reviews here and can't believe what some are saying. I must have stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, as it was awesome. Modern, clean, beautiful finishings and one of the best bathrooms I've ever seen (and I travel for work all the time). I also ended up having dinner and breakfast by room service and it was first class. Two weeks later I'm still thinking about the Tasmanian Salmon with that crusty skin done to perfection. Yes there was a little construction, but that of course is temporary and people's reviews are not. You could see that the guys were trying to be as quiet as possible and moved their vehicles before I asked. Fair is fair, this construction will make this the best hotel in the region and the room I had matched the food and level of staff service which was 5 stars.
