The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very nicely appointed, they are large with high ceilings. Very clean and big comfy beds. The Great Western pub over the road which is convenient and offers up a pretty good steak. Been here a few times and will return again.

In this hotel you really feel like a queen. The rooms are beautiful and an amazing breakfast is included.

Truly amazing! Romantic and luxurious! Very well done like stepping back in time but in a beautiful way not a tacky way and has a spa, free wifi, comfortable bed and big screen tv. Breakfast was a beatiful experience by itself with it beatiful dishware and delicious coffees! It would be beautiful for a wedding or function too.
Staff were extremely helpful and so friendly giving local advice always with a smile :-)
The only small thing was you can hear the train go past which didn't bother me but annoyed my partner a little bit. Was not enough to cost them a star though! Maybe just bring some ear plugs if you are sensitive (which you should anyway) great great great little get away!

Beautiful furniture, amazingly comfortable bed.very nice breakfast and considerate staff. And terrific value for money ,this is our 3rd time at the Denison and my wife and i wouldn't stay anywhere else.
