Ombudsman is being informed about your shady dealings ask for personal info over phone which u gotta do again anyways when they rock up so please answer why? Ive called youse a bunch of times and youse are never free and (nita noy) they do service Elphinstone st because my friend needed them and they showed up for once but literally 1 time every other time useless useless 0 stars not 1

Called at 2 am, said there would be maybe a 2 hour wait. Rocked up at my door 14 hours later with no gear not even a script pad. Got back to me an hour later and were here for 2 minutes. Unimpressed with the service in general.

Ive given this score for one reason.
I appreciate that the doctors are busy this is the second time we tried to use the service. The 1st was for my 12 month old granddaughter, they were great.
Last night however my daughter was having trouble breathing and home drs were caĺled instead of saying sorry we're too busy to call on you, call an ambulance they said we dont service your area.
No explaination was given, please explain when they have serviced the same house previously late at night and you see them in the street and passing your street down elphinstone street but they dont service your area.
My daughter has 3 ASD children and even when shes sick puts them first and didnt want her husband to drag them out of bed to leave the house and i had no car to go watch them.

I required the services of House Call Doctor 2 nights ago. Not only did I not have to wait very long but I received very competent, professional and appropriate treatment. Thank you House Call doctor, if I need you again I will certainly call on you.

Have used this service abit and has been great and convenient at late hours of the night... but totally discusted in tonight's attempt to call for a doctor for my daughter "no doctors available " is what I got now having to wait until the doctors open in the morning to take my 4 month old baby to see the doctor why advertise that you are open 4pm - 8am Monday to Friday when it is Tuesday night 11:30pm and cannot get a doctor to come won't be using this service again typical Rockhampton nothing but a waste of time!
