Wouldn't recommend this place at all! to shop or to work for.The staff are not the problem...but the owner IS! Viginia Baker totally unprofessional rude self absorb paranoid nutter bully who treats most people like the village idiot regardless of who they are very surprised she gets any return customers even the regular locals, definitely not a people's person!... high turnover of staff lucky to see the same face twice & she's the reason why.

Verry rude people in this shop from bottom worker to top you must be all from the same family,you treat people as though they are drug adics, and if you do manage to get what you ask for you charge like a wounded bull. Never going back. I went around the corner to discount chemist verry friendly and $7 cheaper.

Went with my son to purchase Sudafed, for a condition I have had and so has my son, since a child. Fat girl named Melissa stood behind the counter with an assistant sniggering. I let her know what I thought, made a complaint but nothing was done.
My son goes in to buy the same product for the same condition and was made to feel like a criminal. You can try that crap with me, not him. I can only assume it's because he is half black. I mean, you can hear the way he talks that he has sinus and has since a child. Also, people with tattoos may not want to go in for sinus problems. They will tell you the police are coming and make you feel like such a criminal you will want to seek legal help like we have.
Another disgusting example of small town minds and fat frumpy dogs who think they are more important than what they are.
Oh, it was the fourth packet my son had ever purchased but he was denied. Lucky I had spare.
We'll be going in Friday after we get a doctor's letter verifying the condition we have. It will be interesting to see if we are ignored as much as I was when the first complaint was made about frumpy, plain, fat women sniggering at those needing medical relief. Great pharmacy - NOT! Some may buy this to make amphetamines, but a drug lab in the posh [art of town where I live is really not smart and spped does nothing for my sinus. This ignorance is one of the only drawbacks of living in a small town.

I found the owner quite rude and abrupt and short with me. I was on holidays requiring a few items for my stay in Port Macquarie. Unprofessional. Can do better.
