We've had a few rabbits that we've taken here and they've always been very honest when giving a diagnosis. Pricing is what you'd expect from a vet and the vet seems to know what he's talking about, considering not all have extensive knowledge on pets like rabbits etc. Very nice staff always attentive.

Every time I bring my dog in she wags her tail like crazy when she sees the vet and the vet nurses. She absolutely adores them! They are all lovely, caring and compassionate people. I always walk out with smile on my face and so does my dog!

Firstly they got my appointment time mixed up and I had to leave my pet in a cage there all day waiting to see the vet when he came back from running his errands, which meant that i also had to make a special trip back there after uni. In spite of this inconvenience i was charged $10 extra for the consultation fee, more than what was quoted by the secretary on the phone. I let that one slide but then the vet there had not been very transparent about the additional pricing of the medicines. From the beginning of the appointment giving only vague approximations. In the end I complained about how expensive the total was and he responded arrogantly acting as is I was being ungrateful and as if he was doing me a huge favour and losing money by giving me a discount, when in the end he still charged me double what i have typically been charged elsewhere. Also i dont really think he knew that much about rats because he told me i should never kiss my rat because they were responsible for the bubonic plague and that i could also catch mycoplasmosis from my rat. Any rat enthusiast or proper vet knows that this is simply not true. The secretary was a nice lady but frankly i didnt like the attitude of the vet.
