I found the vet, Dr John entirely professional and able to compassionately, knowledgeably and reassuringly handle my nervous and often difficult dog. If you have a difficult dog, there is quite a bit of angst associated, somehow. This was a really great experience for something seemingly simple but given my dogs anxiety with strangers, and reactivity with other dogs, I had not been not looking forward to. The Receptionist and Vet were very considered and helpful in my circumstances and I would, based only on my direct experience, recommend this practice highly. Dr John made me feel better and more informed about my choices in my situation and I was really grateful for that. He also recognised I think, my own understanding and awareness of my own dog, without judgement. I feel better and somehow more optimistic as a result of my visit.

Amazing Vet! Recommend highly! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dr. Kin is so caring & kind, very thorough, very knowledgeable, and experienced. My mum's dog R had to have fairly extensive surgery for mast cell tumours. R recovered very well and the care she received was excellent and professional. R also had hypothyroidism and under Dr Kin's care, R's skin, weight and demeanour is so much improved! We couldn't be more thankful! Dr. Kin is also so helpful whenever we have queries and she takes the time to get back to us promptly, making us feel valued. We never feel rushed and the information given to us is always clear, concise and helpful for providing optimal follow-up care. I would recommend Dr. Kin and her team without hesitation!

Really disappointed with the level of service and experience. Subiaco vet on railway road is a much better option for the area.

I went to Hanly Vet for my pups 2nd Vac and check up on his ears as he's been constantly scratching it and they gave me dermotic to rub onto the ear. Went to Greencross Vets in Subi, turns out it was an ear infection so the dermotic is meant to go inside the ear. The vet also did a thorough check to ensure he was healthy everywhere else and I'm confident to say I believe my pup will get better and healthier because of Dr Kin Yi Yip. Very unhappy with Hanly vet as there wasn't even clear instructions on the prescription. Had I taken off the prescription sticker, I would have seen instructions to place it into the ears to clear infection.
Anyways, excellent Vet to go to for a thorough check-up on any problems and she'll go through any issues and instructions for you to understand what needs to be done at home.

Dr Kin and her team have been fabulous in taking care of our Mini Schnauzer. Very professional, attentive, takes good care of your needs.
Couple of surgery and our black flurry is out the door a much happier dog.
Definitely the 1st-stop for vet needs! Highly recommended!.
