This is exactly what happens when a vet is run just as a business, it is over priced, they try to up sell and cross sell you on everything even if you don't need it and they are extremely unprofessional and slow when responding to emails and queries, will not be going back.

Wonderful and friendly vet! Dr. Peter is always professional and kind, and did an outstanding job fixing up our poor cat who got a very nasty broken leg. They always go the extra mile, and even do call-outs.

Never use Bayswater Veterinary Clinic. Misdiagnosed and overcharged my son. $345 to assess our pup with a nasal discharge. When I confronted the next morning, I queried each line item including two items for injections and two for injection 'services'. Told us he needed cough syrup, $45, for Kennel Cough so that the pup didn't keep us awake coughing. Our pup did not have a cough, he did not have Kennel Cough. No pathology tests were done. The vet grabbed the detailed invoice from me and said that I my son shouldn't have seen it then he prompty screwed it up and put it in the bin. I told him to give it back as we had paid in it. Disgusting unprofessional behaviour.
