A very nice completely equiped and furnished unit with a living room, bedroom, a smaller bedroom, and a bathroom. It is walking distance from UWA campus and also from the lovely Mathilda Bay on the Swan river. The city center, Fremantle and Cottesloe beach are easily reached by a short busride.

The apartment unit was kept clean and we were very happy to have been able to stay nearby amenities i.e. eateries, convenient stores as well as the beautiful Swan River. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Definitely an accommodation worth recommending for!

Great place, clean and tidy and very handy to UWA. Very close to supermarket and regular bus stops. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Broadway. It’s a lovely apartment and ideal for visiting UWA as well as Perth.

Great service, all arranged with good instructions before arriving; perfect place to stay for UWA (and will be for new hospital too).
