I had a voucher massage there a couple of months ago, the woman talked too much and suddenly i felt the pressute get harder - i looked up and she was on top of me! I couldnt believe it - and i have dodgy knees and due for hip replacement, her extra weight on me was horrendous. She did not ask or warn me about what she was going to do. Very unprofessional.

Not professional at all. I had the voucher for 90 mins massage and facial, but only received service for 25 mins massage and 30 mins facial.
Not organised, too many appointments was made for the same time that the staff couldn't cover it up.
I waa asked to share the room with another client, which I refused to do. Other clients were asked to do the same.
The owner/ manager was so angry and kept yelling at the staff, blaming them for whatsoever. She kept breaking the quite relaxing environment.
Overall terrible place, but the girl who did my massage was quite good and apologised for the situation.

The receptionist is terrible and they advertise for 1.5hrs massage and only do 1hr. Not recommended at all.
