Shocking customer service. After spending about $300 in store on products their staff recommended, I called to explain how one of the products worth $75 caused my skin to break out. Instead of offering an exchange or an apology, the manager was completely rude to me on the phone and wasn't even prepared to listen. Do not waste your money here. They just lost $600-700 per year of my business for the sake of a $75 sale.
