Full disclosure we used a groupon discount by ringing up and they asked us to pay direct to cut out the middle man. It was a two hour couple massage and spa treatment. Great little waiting area with tea/coffee and wine. The lady doing one of our massages left numerous times to answer reception. Massage was fairly good in between the interruptions. After one hour we were sent to the spa for 20mins. Not sure why it ended 40mins early and regret not asking before leaving but felt like we were treated as discount customers. Also wouldn't recommend the extra $25 upgrade for candles roses or aroma oils. It was a fake rose and fake candle on the bed and didn't notice any aroma oils. Ended up over charging us $20 when checking the bill when we got home. Assuming this was the two wines they gave us at the end without telling us it would cost money. A bit of a shame because the place has potential just poorly and lazily managed.

3 friends and I booked a spa day with jacuzzi, massages, treatments and lounge area with champagne glass. We had a wonderfull day and I highly recommend this place. The staff was nice, professionnal, and the place was very clean. Will definitely come back

I booked an evening at Luxe for our anniversary six weeks in advance only to be told, a month later, that they had overbooked (due to computer failure?) and that my reservation was no longer available! As I had bought a Scoopon voucher which had by then expired, I was only assured a refund for the amount I had already paid for the massages. Very disappointing! Definitely will not be getting a recommendation from me!

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever received.
I had previously been to Luxe & recommended it to several people based on the wonderful ambience but after the horrible experience I have just had I will absolutely not he returning. I was unashamedly verbally abused by one of the staff members after I attempted to reached a couples massage with less than 5 days notice (it was a day before the booking). The woman went so far as to tell me it would be considered a cancellation and my card would be charged for the full cost. I told her I had already paid in full in advance at the conclusion of my previous appointment on a VIP card at which point she gave me a dressing down on how it was difficult with VIP and a failure of company policy. In the end she agreed to rebook it but left me in tears and right now I truly don't wish to ever go back.
