Disappointing. The experience started poorly with a cold foot bath. The room was cool and she asked why I didn't want to put my feet in the water. Once she checked the water she changed it out for warm water. The massage that followed was mediocre she didn't seem to know what she was doing and was going through the motions, it didn't flow at all. I left feeling greasy and slightly annoyed.

Authentic Balinese massage with a lovely and genuine service. Have been going a few times now, definitely recommended. Reasonable pricing too. Always feel very relaxed and pampered after every visit!

Really unprofessional inexperienced staff attended to our booked appointment. Using superhot wax almost burning my skin. Then changing between staff to finish the task. Really disappointed and would never go back. Glad no major damage was done.
We are entitled to our opinion based on our own experience... This feedback based on client at your data base with receipt ready to be presented to google....Will not delete a word ... Check the other 1star ratings ....I'm a level 5 guide with credibility for over 2 million views .... Book yourself a customer service course if not happy ...
