Place is closed permanently. It has been repossessed. Guess they've been struggling for a while and just couldn't pay their bills. Sad but the world still turns and the sun still shines.
Plenty of other places nearby in complex.
Good (admittedly better but further) proper Chinese restaurant alternative is Sunflowers at Chinese Village up the road near Stirling Highway (17 Broadway Nedlands - 9386-2965).

Always ask for what the chef would and could prepare, he's always up for a challenge, old school dishes or "creative modern". Staff are always as friendly and helpful as it can get for a smallish restaurant.

Authentic Chinese food. The combination ho fun with egg sauce, combination noodles and the beef brisket noodles are especially good. Also well priced. Highly recommend.
