Really good food (squid was very tender & all ingredients are from Australia if not WA) but not as fast as your regular Asian dining.

Sourthern Star has good portions to share at the table. One serve of fried rice can be shared between three or four people. The service is friendly and the food comes out real quick so if you just want to grab a quick bite to eat this is the place for you. The prices are quite reasonable for the portion size. Great for those who want an authentic taste of Vietnam .

Excellent service and food. The Duck with lychee in red curry sauce was exceptional. Not to be confused with Thai red curry, the chef here makes his own Vietnamese red curry which is the best I've ever tasted. Every other dish we had was superb.
