Over priced for small proportion food. My chicken parmigiana was given to me cold! And I had more chips than anything else!

Not impressed. While the new location is great with more space to move our latest experience was a disaster. Ordered 2 coffees in takeaway cups (all good). These were served promptly. Also order 2 x poached eggs on toast. After 30 minutes it arrived. Cold boiled eggs on toast. Not happy. Not busy in the restaurant but (from what I could see) at least 10 tables not been cleared and paying over $30 for cold boiled eggs. No thanks.

I went to miss Mauds Belmont today and was served by a lovely girl called Nadia.... she was always smiling at all the customers (Great service) i felt very sorry when a very lazy asian lady (who could have made it to the bathroom...vommitted and poor Nadia had to clean it up.... she then took the lady back a glass of water and a vomitt bag while the asian lady kept vomiting (while all the other customers could see and hear her ....they eere not impressed ) good on you Nadia for going above and beyond your duties....SHAME ON YOU the lady asian lady ..... you sat there for ages so u could have made it to the bathroom

I ordered a meat pie, flat white and mocha. I said in a mug for the flat white and then I got charged $5.90 for the mocha even though it says $5.15 on the menu because they had AUTOMATICALLY upgraded the mocha to a mug size. There was also a $2 surcharge for eating the meat pie in the restaurant, bringing it to $7.50 for the pie which was not mentioned. This complaint is not about the extra charges, which are nothing. The problem is the supervisor was so rude and condescending when dealing with my queries. Terrible service!
