One of the best cafes in Perth!
I've been to Chapels many times over the last few years. Best selection of imported teas and really unique decor giving a traditional Oriental feel to the place. The owner is usually working and keeps a close eye on everyone. He's happy to talk when he's got time but the place is usually pretty busy so it can be a bit frantic. Great place for food as well. They offer selections of both Western and Eastern dishes.

I love this cafe - they have a great selection of tea (and you can order bottomless tea), the meals are delicious, as are the baked treats. Depending on the time of day, the service can be a little bit laid back, but that's the vibe they are creating. I'll definitely keep going back. The inside of the store is beautiful and on weekends they have some nice love music. The courtyard out the back is great for warmer weather.

A group of 18 shared a most enjoyable breakfast yesterday. We were able to arrange to be placed at the rear of the restaurant that provided an element of privacy, which proved ideal for the occasion. The food, repeated beverages and a special parsnip cake prepared by the staff were all of the highest order. But what was exceptional was the personalised service we received from the owner Keith. This is a venue that is a cut above the rest and one that we will all be going back to again in the future.
