I attended an info session about Clinical Pilates at Wisdom Physio and decided to give it a go myself. A year-and-a-half later I'm still doing a group class every week which has helped me work on core strength as well as target muscles I never even knew I had! I'm a bit of a Pilates evangelist now and will preach the benefits of how good Clinical Pilates makes you feel. Get onto it!

They've done a fantastic job getting my body working as it should!
I'd highly recommend trying them if you haven't already.

Very professional, accurate, friendly and awesome physiotherapists! Love Jeremy and Sandrine, don't know what we'd do with our wonky back and neck if they weren't there!! Highly recommended :))
