They rip customers off. I got a prescription from this place and noticed they charged $8.00 more then 2 other chemists I had previously got the same prescription from. When I rang and asked why the response was "we have a basic charge and we are situated in Subiaco". Do they think that everyone in Subiaco earns a fortune and penalise us for it. When I told them what I had paid elsewhere (Friendlies Subiaco) I was immediately told "we will match it without a problem, you can come in and collect the $8.00". One of my co-workers paid $10 over what she had paid for a prescription in Joondalup. How about looking after your customers instead of ripping them off when they are ill!!! Excuses for charging well over and above other pharmacies is pathetic, no other pharmacy in Subiaco does that.

Lovely customer service. Great deals present at all times and my favourite one stop for essentials. Once, I was looking high and low for a cream of a particular brand. Though they didn't have it on their shelves, they went the extra mile to order it in for me! Forever thankful and will keep coming back!!

After seeing a good GP at St Francis Medical Centre, St Francis pharmacy is onky a 20m walk away. Big pharmacy with a wide range of products and really well layed out. Staff were helpful but not over the top and thanks to Kristy/Kirsty (i think she is 3IC) for making me feel at ease when selecting my anti fungal cream.

My Go-To Pharmacy in Perth! The quality of customer service and their online store is what differentiates this Pharmacy from any other I have been to. If I need any sort of advice, I always go to St Francis Pharmacy in Subiaco.

Prior to discovering them, I never realised how knowledgeable Pharmacists were. I used to spend so much time researching different products online and reading reviews.etc. When a doctor gave me a script, I would hand it to the Pharmacist and they would give me the medication with a sticky label on it to read. Never once had anyone discussed possible side effects, what to expect and alternatives.etc.

I recently went into St Francis Pharmacy to look for eye drops for my irritated eyes... only to discover I had conjunctivitis. My eyes had been very irritated for 2 weeks, if I hadn't gotten advice I would just be using saline to wash my eyes and the problem would’ve persisted. Because of the nature of my work, I have to wear contact lenses. Kirsty was so helpful and gave me advice on how to best go about this, she explained exactly what to expect, when to stop using the drops and also offered me an alternative. Whenever I visit any doctor/health professional, I always have one million questions to ask but all my questions were answered without me even having to ask in the first place!

Ever since that incident, I have always gone back to buy pharmaceuticals and for any sort of advice. The staff there are very friendly, patient and always helpful. Their level of professionalism and friendliness is top notch! I have finally found a Pharmacist I trust to look after all my family and friends.
