The old lady who seemed to be the owner has no work ethics.
I took a break from work to get 4 documents certified by the pharmacist. The lady told that the pharmacist is busy and has to make 6 prescription ready. You can either wait or come after some time. My friend and I decided to wait.
After 40 minutes of waiting she sent her staff to speak with us. The staff said that the pharmacist won't be available as we got few more prescriptions. You may come after few hours but we can't promise if the pharmacist will be available then.
I asked can we call and come? She said it will still depend on how many customers we have when you come in.
The way I see it, I was denied with the service, given the least priority. But my complaint is she kept us waiting for 40 minutes.
I've been to the shop when this lady was not there as it is close to my work. I didn't have any issues.
She didn't have the guts to come and speak with us for the denial of service.

Small pharmacy with very good service and friendly staff. Well placed for East Perth office staff too. When you are sick you need a friendly voice and they are friendly. I recommend this pharmacy.
