A few years ago Reading Cinemas bucked the trend of inflating the cost of a movie ticket to an unreasonable $20 odd dollars for a smelly old cinema. This simple change of keeping tickets at $10.50 has seen this place get busier and busier over time. They have since carried out renovations to their cinemas and it is a pleasure going to the movies at an affordable price now. They've added self serve ticket kiosks and a new premium cinema which offers recliners for something like $15 which is just great value. Everyone I have attended with was impressed at the value. Well done guys.
My only complaint... the hideous inconsistency in the amount of salt added to the popcorn. At times the popcorn is barely edible and well beyond 'salty' because you can't taste much else. I get you want drink sales to go up, but be reasonable please.
Apart from that it has been great to see things improve over the years and I'm glad you are still around.

Grace service, grace prices. It's a bit of a drive, but the petrol spent is cheaper than the difference of any of the other cinema prices.
Could do reasonable food prices, but there's a Dome there.

Tickets are very cheap. All the cinema are lovely and seating is comfortable even in the regular cinemas. Gold lounge is the best with reclining seats. Now there's a dome linked in to the same building with other restaurants too. A great place for dinner and a movie!

Reading Belmont offer the typical movie goer experience, movies, snack bar, option to go Imax or gold class. The good thing about Reading Belmont though is their standard ticket price is $10. They also offer family fun days when new kids movies come out, it could mean a bouncy castle or face painting, that kind of thing, all for the same standard entry price.
They are going through a refurbishment at the moment, which means shiny new seats in the theatres.
Reading has always been a fave of mine, proximity to the Belmont Forum, good prices, the latest movies. You could do far worse then choosing Reading for your cinema going experience.
