The wait staff are amazing extremely attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. A really nice play to get together with a small group.

Reserve do a fantastic job offering a wide range of local Hunter Valley, Australian and International wines. We often grab a light meal and a couple of wines by the glass and have found the wines expanded our knowledge of wine styles and varieties. Great service, great location, great atmosphere.

We visited just after the launch of the new menu and WOW WOW WOW!!!! You can not go past the chef's selection with matching wines. Every aspect of the courses and flavourings have been well thought out to maximise the experience and your night. All of the staff are friendly and very attentive to your needs and experience as a customer making this a must stop spot. This is our new go to spot for amazing food, wine and night out!
