I just wanted to say thankyou to the girls at Jindera Pharmacy for their fantastic service, help and support. Jindera is so lucky to have such a great service. I live in Jindera and used to shop at a pharmacy in Albury but have been coming to Jindera Pharmacy for over 12 months now. In all the years at my other pharmacy, never has anyone ever shown so much interest in my health, my husbands health and my medications. The pharmacist is so knowledgable and without her help I would be in a mess with my medicines. The girls are so lovely and helpful. And because the pharmacsut knows me well now, if I get sick and need something, she knows what other tablets I'm taking and can give me the right advice and help so I don't take something I shouldn't because I'm on blood pressure tablets. Just the other day I went in to buy some cold & flu tablets and the girls seemed to ask a lot of questions, but they were right in doing so, because if I had taken the cold and flu tablets, I would have caused my blood pressure to sky rocket and who knows what might have happened. There are now so many interactions with medicines, that we all need a good pharmacy, who cares enough about us, to ask all the right questions to keep us safe from harm. So a big THANKYOU to all of you! My husband and I hope to be loyal customers for many years to come. Thankyou.

I was a loyal customer supporting the community and was treated disrespectfully when I requested my normal monthly med requirements. I had a collegue go in to pickup the meds which was over 40km drive to come back finding out that I needed a script for a common med I have each month. Common Sense was not used by the pharmasist Kristy & Joanne the sales clerk. They expected an apology from me and when I refused when I voiced my opinion saying common sense shows that I get these meds each month and a quick call to my doctor would have had a faxed script in minutes. Kristy gave me all my scripts and doesnt want me to trade with them. I dont want to deal with Jindera Pharmacy who cant look after their customers needs. As stated by Kristy (Pharmacist) - "we wont help or call customers if they ring up wanting a medication. We want scripts!"
