The training at The Movement Collective is the best training I have ever done. After years of searching for the right gym and approach to training, Rod's coaching has left me feeling more complete as an athlete than ever before. TMC's approach to movement is brilliant, I've progressed and pushed my body in ways I never thought possible. Rod's training schedule has particularly benefited me because I am able to progress in various aspects of movement while still learning brand new skills.
Aside from the incredible training, TMC has a great community with amazing activities and lots of coffees. If you want to wow your friends and get some kick arse abs I 10/10 recommend TMC!

TMC is the best thing I have ever done - not only is it the funnest 'workout' you will ever do but it is also full of amazing, uplifting and encouraging people who have completely changed my mindset. My only regret is not starting sooner! The exercises look completely unaccessible however Rod will teach you progressions to build your strength and skill and you will find yourself progressing much faster than you think. The classes are so much fun and focus on skills, strength, functionality and technique rather than the amount of reps you do or counting down the interval of some boring exercise. Rod is a great person and teacher and will inspire you to be the best version of yourself. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

I'm so thankful I found the movement collective. I've never enjoyed exercise until i started coming to these classes. Rod has such a huge amount of knowledge to pass on and he teaches in a way that is accessible to everyone no matter your age, level of fitness or personal feelings about fitness. More importantly it shows how much fun it can be to move your body. If you have any doubts at all, just come to 1 class. I guarantee you'll never look back. Literally has changed my life.

I have been going to the movement collective for roughly 7 months now. The vibe and energy I get every time I walk into the studio is like no other feeling or experience I can relate it too. Since joining the movement "community" I have progressed and become so much stronger, fitter and healthier and have really watched my body transform and do things I never thought i was capable of. I have made friends with quirky, fun, life-loving people and my confidence has boosted from learning and being exposed to new things every lesson. Rod is an encouraging, inspirational teacher who has a "never say can't" attitude and makes everybody feel so welcome.

Rod is an exceptional person and has created something awesome. Its amazing how much is achieved in each session. Your constantly challenged and pushed out of your comfort zone, its more of a complete workout than you could ever imagine and its a great atmosphere. Its completely changed the way i think about exercise. I feel extremely lucky to be a part of the movement collective and I could not recommend highly enough to pretty much all humans
