Where is the 0? Anyway this company is so bad ... Didn't care that they left a disabled woman without transport for 75 minutes on a 31c day.
Called and spoke with a supervisor who repeated over and over that it happens. I asked what he was going to do to help and he simply repeated there isn't anything he can do - it is what it is.
Meanwhile unoccupied taxis everywhere looking for a longer fare. Not first occurrence either.
Last occurrence on 40+ day for almost 2 hours - taxis would ask "are you x?" To people on the street who would say yes and take the cab. Disgusting and no proper way of identifying correct passenger. Avoid at all costs.

Got a cab from Melbourne airport. Driver tells me he's Pakistani Muslim. Makes no difference to me, except that in conversation about things happening here in Melbourne, he tells me that all crimes here are committed by Africans. Seriously? I called him out on his racist remark, reminding him that he might also be victim to racist remarks from time to time and therefore should know better, but he tells me he's not racist. Says he's just stating facts. Really now? Spoke perfect English, so there's no misunderstanding. Final taxi ride for me. UBER all the way from hereon.

Booked a cab for 8 people for an important meeting at 15
:45. At 15:55 called the call centre and the lady said there where no large cab in my area (How is it possible? I made a booking!!!) So she offered me two cabs instead of a big one and I accepted. It's 17:30 and we are still waiting on our cab. Luckily we called Uber and they arrived within 5 minutes. Worst service ever. Never ever again.

The scariest ride I have ever had! Taxi M5120. Minibus. Driver 514857, avoid at all cost!
Sped uncontrollably the whole way. Overtook all other taxis and traffic in his way.
Veered from lane to lane with my suitcase being shunted from side to side.
He kept looking down to turn on his very loud music and I thought for sure we were going to have an accident !
Eventually thank goodness we got to Collins St and he then dropped me on the wrong side of the road to my hotel. I had to then ask him for help with my case, and then drag it down to the traffic lights on Collins st to cross the road and then wheel it up to the hotel.
No wonder everyone is using uber. Such a shame you can't get them from the airport.
