Awful!!I went Masci Brunswick, worse experience of hairdressing in my life. I asked for a blond baylage on my brown hair. I ended up having no change, stayed brown color aswell, some orange lines on my ends. Seriously!!! I said to them and they didnot accept it. They say in booking max for your hair is $190, but they charged me $375!!!

Such a great team at Masci Brunswick. Impeccable customer service, they really do go above and beyond. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Had a haircut with Paul the owner. While knowledgable, during my session he seemed tired and disinterested in giving my haircut much attention.
The cut was too quick, spent most of his time drying my hair and styling in a way I didn't really ask for.
As I have curly hair, it naturally sits different when wet and style (vs dry). After returning home and styling it more normally, I realised it wasn't even on both sides (what I asked for).
I called to see if I could reschedule a 5 minute trim to rectify this, the lady over the phone told me she would ring me back, to confirm whether I could happen. She never rung me back.
All in all, not worth the $65 I paid. Be aware, the hunt for a decent haircut continues!

I have been searching for a new hairdresser for more than 7 years. Finally have one in Jess. She is patient and kind and extremely good at her craft. The Salon and staff have an easy going vibe and l always look forward to my next visit. celcius fitness t.
