I have trained at many fitness first gyms in bond street and george street Sydney as well as Bourke Street Melbourne . This is by far the cleanest and friendliest gym of all . The staff are great and facilities are well maintained!

Could do with more powerlifting bars as the majority are Olympic bars but otherwise well kitted out. Super friendly and genuinely nice staff who are always helpful. I really like training there.

High performance? They charge for one of their premium gyms but they gutted the place. No pin loaded machines and barely any cardio left. Such a rip-off.

The gym has 11 racks at least (that's all I saw). Loved it.
