Just been today for a Surrender spa with the lovely Sarah and have to say it was just what I needed to relax and have some me time today 😀 Endota Highpoint is definitely my go to spa when I want to be sure of getting good service. Sarah was very friendly and made me comfortable and even excited for my big day coming up. The massage was good and so was the facial. She also recommended me some products when I asked her what she used on my face. So glad I made the last minute booking to come here today. Will definitely be back! 😄

Terrible experience i won't be recommending this place for a pedicure. I paid $90 for a pedicure as i was leaving for my holiday the next day. I was under the impression that apart from having polish applied that they remove dead skin and have the feet looking clean and fresh. I left with one very short big toenail, long toe nail and dirty cracked heels. She made no effort to correct the toe nails or even ask what length i wanted my nails. The pedicurist was obviously inexperienced as she kept wiping the polish off the side of my toes and got some on her hands. She reapplied the polish over and over as she could not get it right. She was mute the entire time. Did not raise her eyes or crack a smile when i tried to speak to her. Unfriendly and no personable customer service. Now i will be going on my holiday with uneven toes nails and cracked heels. I complained to the manager and asked for a refund but she refused. I will be applying to consumer affairs. I took photos. I would've been better off at a nail bar for a 1/2 the price!

Fantasyic customer service when making bookings. The treatments are blissfull. I highly recommend at least booking in for two hours. You won't be disappointed.
