I've been seeing Chelsea for treatments at this spa each month for about 3 years now and have always been very happy with the service. I tried several other places after moving to Melbourne but stopped looking after finding such a good therapist.

below average service.. i would avoid going to this venue even if it was for free. (Endota spa in general is great just this place a bit dodgey). They shortened my treatment by 20 mins i had 1 hr gift voucher.it seems they are not honoring the vouchers honestly.

I bought a voucher for my daughter. She decided to upgrade to a full body scrub and moisturiser. At $145 she was left very disappointed. Once the body scrub component was complete she was to shower and the woman would return in 10 minutes. Whilst waiting for her therapist to return (some 20+ minutes later - I only know this because she sent me text messages when she got sick of waiting) She heard cupboards and draws being slammed in the next room, people making lunch, and the microwave bell going off (not very relaxing when you're left waiting for the therapist to return). In short this endota is not worth the money they are charging for treatments (which are highly over priced). The light at the end of the tunnel was we found somewhere else with better products, service and pricing.
