Yesterday I have booked for my haircut at 11am for today and I came before time at 10:50am. The staff told me for taking a sit. Then I have waited until 11:10am but still not my queue and no one come to talk with me. Although, I already booked from yesterday. There are few customers walked in and They can do haircut immediately.

I was a loyal customer of them for more than two years and I always recommend my friend to go there. But I have to admitted that they do have significant communication issue there, because majority of the hair dressers don't speak English well enough to hold a conversation. They don't really understand what you want and sometimes a picture can't really solve any problem. Australian is a English spoken country, and if they are gonna charge more than a hundred dollar for that service, I think dressers should be able to present what customer want.
I just had a really bad experience in store today due to their poor communication issues. So I book for hair straightening and hair cut as I normally do every six months. What I want is to have my hair root straighten, not the whole hair. They did had my hair root straighten but charge me as the whole hair straighten, which it's $50 dollar extra than I normally paid. During the whole process, the hair dresser was talking to another lady in Korean negatively the whole time when doing my hair, which makes me very uncomfortable.
At the end, I try to give feedback to the manager about their communication issue. I present it in a very positive way saying that I am happy with my hair and happy to paid that price, but I wish they could improve their communication in store. In exchange, they didn't take my feedback positively and never feel sorry about what they make me feel and making me feel like it was my mistake and I am stingy, which I paid $220 dollar for that hair cut in considering I only have really short hair.

I visitted yesterday and was served by lovely hair stylist taylor and boy was i spoilt to rotten!!! my hair was absloute mess. dull and heavy, frizzy, a lot of grey hair from bad choices of going to different hair salon around the world. taylor saw my problems through and gave me best but doable solution for me. which was do the color being matched all the way and give me hair cut that flatter my face shape! i was always afraid to try textured cut with short on front and it was such a good dicision(petting myself to let him do that ;) he was so professional and such a delight to talk to. Not to mention hair salon itself is really state of art interior and modern feeling to it. they even have korean cosmopolitan mags!! this was first trip to here but many more to come!!!
