Really friendly staff and customer service is top notch. Facilities are really first class and you get a sense of high standards in the aqua retreat. Well recommended for one off events and special occasions

Hair stylist at Crown Day Spa "accidentally" bleached bombed my hair instead of giving me a toner, then tried to dye it back to my natural colour without success, then dragged me out into the pool area under the natural light to try to convince me it looked good when it was bright yellow blond (I was light brown) and also cut an inch too much off to try to cover the damage. The worst hair dresser experience I have ever had. Humiliating and costly. I was offered a full refund but I have had hair troubles and severe damage ever since.

$95 for an ordinary, no bells or whistles wet shave that was over in 15 minutes. I think I'll try a regular barbershop in future.
