Place is dark and pokey. I arrived and the woman told me she wasn't well. She put me in a small room and told me to get on bed. She then came in and waxed my eyebrows and told me to rebook my eyebrow tint and facial. She didn't put anything on them to soothe! She was apologetic but said she didn't have my number so couldn't ring me to cancel. So how did you text me TWICE to confirm the appointment? Unsurprisingly I will not be going back! The salon is tired and not welcoming.

Had a really good experience - high standard customer service, staff are just lovely. Groupon offer is a bargain, highly recommend to other people.

Con: I wouldn't consider their therapists to be experts- first had the brow wax +tint & therapist and I had a conversation about how I just had eyelash extensions done earlier that morning. Bridge to beauty also has eye lash extension services for $150. For the facial she applied lots of face cream & water all over my eyes and throughout the treatment applied oil-based products (I could feel and smell lavender oil in everything) on or very close to my eyes. It was the first time I have had eye lash extensions but I have facials done regularly and never have I had a therapist rub any products over my eyes. Near the end of the treatment she makes a comment saying ' you should've done your eyelash extensions after the appointment' and laughs. Today, the oil based products obviously reacted with the glue on my eyelashes and nearly half of them have fallen off while I slept. Making me lose more money than the value of my treatment. Very average massage (lots of rubbing instead of actually massaging
Pro: Good brow waxing & tinting.
Overall I wouldn't recommend them. They should know to Avoid water for the first 12-24hrs, no oil based products for the duration of having the lash extensions and then rubbing my eyes with a rough hot cloth did not help. Face mask was applied unevenly, roughly and in a rush. I felt like there was no consideration for the customer. The eyes are the most delicate area of the face. Eye lash extensions or not, Oils and creams should not be going near enough to get in the eyes (as it did to me). The result of the massage felt equivalent of sitting on a prepaid massage chair in the shopping centres.
