Really really nice staff, great service, very good cash only prices. This is an excellent nail spa. I always feel pampered when I have my spa pedicure, and I see others using services I have yet to try coming away looking very satisfied and calling out their appreciation.
And for a bonus there is a Swan Street tram stop immediately outside the front door at the pedestrian crossing lights.

Very friendly girls - they do fantastic SNS nails and shellac toes - always accommodating - quick and efficient service - great value for money too! Would highly recommend - have never had healthier nails

I have just had an SNS manicure and I am extremely disappointed! I normally go to Tips and Toes in South Melbourne but I was on this side of town so I thought I'd try Bon Bon. I regretted it from the moment I walked in. Staff were so incredibly rude, they kept starting my nails and then leaving to sit on the floor in the kitchen to talk and eat. When they finally got around to doing my nails it took over an hour to get my old SNS off because they kept starting and leaving. They got the color wrong because four different staff took turns working and eating! When they finally got around to doing my nails they did not even acknowledge me, they just chatted across the store to each other and laughed so loud!
When it came time to pay I had to go to the ATM as they are cash only (seriously it's 2017). I came back with a $50 note and they told me it was $55! Now I wouldn't mind paying $55 if it was worth it but it definitely was not! I asked why is it $55 which they said was the price for SNS plus manicure. My sister goes to the same place and they only charge her $40, I knew it sounded too good to be true!
I will stick to Tips and Toes in South Melbourne from now on. Do not go to Bon Bon nails, they have no customer service, over charge and are unbelievably rude!

This is the worst nail shop I have ever come across.
I went in for a pedicure, the lady had done such a bad job, when I told her colleague I was not happy with my pedicure (at the time my toe nails were drying) she grabbed my ankle and started scrubbing my foot with a foot scrubbing block so violently (with no water or anything just straight onto my skin!
I couldn't believe it, I pulled my foot away and and asked her what do you think your doing, she threw the block and walked away.
At that point I just wanted to get out the shop, I to pay and explained I was not at all happy and how I was just treated and I will not pay full price for this treatment she started shouting at me saying some very unnecessary things and telling me not to come back to the shop.
This shop is not a place to pamper yourself. They rush your treatments also give terrible terrible customer service!
Looking into reporting this shop.

Very poor service. The girls kept on chit chatting at the top of their voice throughout service. In fact, the girls just abruptly dropped my hands in middle of service and ran out of the door and didn't come back until few minutes have passed because one of their friends was walking past. My toe nails were not of the same shape or size after pedicure. And the colour of one of the nails was lighter than the rest. When I showed the owner lady my ill shaped toe nail and mismatch in colour, she kept on arguing instead of offering me an extra coat of colour or even politely accepting. My feet pretty much feels the same as they felt before the pedicure. I would never go back, Absolutely no value for money spent.
