Service is good with laser treatments but customer service is really bed I have to sit for 30 minuets because of their own mistake so before you comit this clinic prepar with waiting 👎🏻

Just like to say a huge thank you to Natalie who did my laser treatment today. I have been getting laser for a number of years now and I have never experienced such great service from a technician. Natalie was friendly and her professionalism and knowledge made me feel like I was in good hands.
Will be highly recommending Natalie and the rest of the team at High Point ❤️

I have just purchased a 6 pack of laser treatments, and unfortunately on the same day my husband was told his contract would not be renewed. So, conscious now of our lack of income I called the store and asked to cancel the purchase. Without any discussion I was told no, they couldnt offer a refund. Seriously??? Under what grounds? I haven't started the treatments, I haven't used the service!
I am very disappointed by their attitude and would definitely not recommend.

Had a fantastic experience at the clinic. Staff were so friendly and knowledgable. Felt like I was in good hands! Looking forward to more sessions, so far results of laser treatment have been good.
