I believe that if you charge premium prices, then the entire experience must be of a First Class level, and i felt this was nowhere close. Firstly, we arrived ahead of our appointment time, but the masseurs were running late, the cup of tea served was cold, and my cup also had red lipstick on it. During the massage, i could hear the tram passing by, and car horns, so not the most relaxing, the green carpet was also dirty (full of massage oil stains), and my robe was also old as it had gone from white to grey! i also believe that overall the premises needed a good clean. After the massage, i had a shower and i had to jump out of one shower to the other as the body soap had run out in the first shower. I also believe simple things such as deodorant, face wash, face cream, hair brush, tooth brush should also be in the change rooms, but they were not and when i asked the girl at front desk she stated "good point".
Overall, i believe Aurora is overpriced and i would not recommend this place or go back.... as previously mentioned, if you charge First Class prices, make sure you offer a First Class experience! Very Disappointing!

Always a pleasure to go to and indulge in a day of luxury. Highly recommend the 90 minute massage. You will come out feeling like a new person everytime.
