I participate in regular hydrotherapy small group exercise sessions to manage a knee problem. Marian, the physiotherapist who conducts the sessions, is very experienced and highly qualified. She manages to make the sessions fun as well as getting results.This is a very new and modern facility. It is available to the community as well as to residents. My health insurance fund helps with the cost of my sessions. Highly recommend.
