I went to return a faulty tinted sunscreen and because there was no stock available on that same one, the shop assistant said I can exchange for the invisible version. At the register it showed that i need to pay extra $5 because I bought it on promotion, although the regular price of invisible one is $2 cheaper and the lady supervisor insisted this is how it is done. This is ridiculous as the product is faulty and it already caused me inconvenience to go back to store for exchange and pay more for less valued replacement. I'd rather shop at woolies for the same regular price and better service
