They don't care about there staff or customers just as long as they make heaps of money. Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect.

Pharmacist was rude and extremely unhelpful. Strongly suggest going to another chemist where the pharmacist treats you with some common courtesy

Was charged twice because of computer/human error. A forgivable error if not for the head pharmacist appauling attitude and grossly poor customer service handling of the situation. The security guard was the only smile I received. To a local resident and regular shopper. Bad form!

Went to buy 2 boxes of nurofen today. The staff at the counter said I can only buy one box due to store policy which was actually fine. The issue is with her attitude. When I said that other chemist stores let my buy more, she went 'it's none of my business ',HOW RUDE!!! I was not happy with that line, so I went, 'NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE. '
To be honest, I don't have a problem with any of your store policy, but I have a VERY REAL problem with your staff attitude. You don't take a swipe at your customer's comments.

When ever I go in to the store Lole 1872 is always so helpful she always goes out of her way to help me and gives me advice when I need it. She is always provides exceptional customer service! :)
