Amazing studio, super inviting and a lovely vibe. Instructors are extremely proficient and the classes a varied and never seem repetitive. Also has a beautiful balance in helping newbies along while still keeping it challenging for more advanced Yogi.
My favourite studio so far, would highly recommend to anyone in need of a fresh practice or a stable, friendly place.

I moved to Melbourne at the beginning of the year and tried numerous studios before settling on Kozen. The studio has a community feel where everyone of all experience are made to feel comfortable and at ease. The teachers I have had the pleasure of getting to know have been warm, inviting and encouraging, with different styles and experience to suit all levels. Jean (one of the owners) creates an atmosphere of acceptance and non-judgment and you can't leave one of her classes without a smile on your face :) I look forward to continuing my yoga journey with Kozen.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced yogi, the teachers at Kozen are inviting and allow you feel part of the Kozen family. Each Kozen teacher brings their unique style to every class. The teachers are very good at providing modifications to suit your individual needs. Kozen offers a beautiful space to dedicate time to yourself and leave the class feeling calm and refreshed.

After doing a month trial just over 2 years ago I am now so hooked it is such a positive part of my life. Such a warm feeling you get from all the great teachers and other yogis every time you walk in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any one come and see for your self I know you will be hooked like me. I never knew how fantastic yoga really was and the feeling it gives till I came to Kozen ❤️🙏🏻

I love Kozen. You won't feel more welcome, encouraged, supported or nurtured anywhere else. It's a studio for all ages and all levels of experience. With such a broad timetable and a mix of wonderful teachers, there truly is something for everyone here. It's such a lovely room to walk into and see all the friendly faces I've come to call my friends since joining almost 4 years ago.
