If you know you need to strengthen your muscles and fix those aches and pains, to fully enjoy your life, and stop yourself by saying I don't like gyms - then Keiser is definitely for you. No loud music, No lycra just warm and friendly people who are there to support and encourage you. No one is too young or to old at Keiser and everything is done at your own pace. It really is a place I have no hesitation in recommending.

Dropped into the clinic to get a first hand look. Very impressed with what I saw. I will certainly be booking a appointment at my local Kieser in Malvern to see if the physio's can plan a path to a pain free back!

After coming to Kieser and experiencing the professional and friendly environment there, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. I feel like they are working with me to permanently get rid of my back pain and not just provide a temporary fix. Would rate 10 stars if I could!
