Convenient location but rooms are not sound proofed - you can even hear people taking a leak in the middle of night. Rooms are well furnished and wifi enabled.

Comfortable stay in petit queen. Breakfast can be taken at coffee space at reasonable price. Close to Southern Cross station so convenient for those who arrive at the bus stop late in the night.

Nice cosy little room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Not too pricy. Exactly what I needed for a couple nights.

I stayed for a week in Aug and it was just wonderful! Friendly staff, great decoration. Moreover hotel was equipped with free coffee machine, free Sweet Pastel nearby, various tea bags, and a bowl of apples!
In the bathroom you find 4 type of container: shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, body lotion! The room was very convenient, with microwave and boiler. Cooked breakfast was superb (19 $ per day).
I also enjoyed free relaxation room with massaging chairs.
Skybus, and free tram zone nearby.

Room was amazing! We stayed in a 1 bedroom spa room. We stayed with a toddler. She was very occupied with the phone & cutlery which we thought was fantastic. We also got a cot for the room. Even more amazing were the staff. They were so friendly, helpful & most importantly for us, they interacted well & seemed genuinely friendly to our little toddler. They gave us tips of where to eat with our little one & didn't make us feel like our toddler was a nuisance as she can be quite loud. In fact, they seem to welcome it & so I highly recommend this hotel for anyone with young children. I also wanted to add that the staff were consistently friendly. It wasn't just one or 2 staff members, it was every single staff member we encountered. Well done alto bourke st for creating a positive working environment amongst your staff as it really shone through
