A fantastic place to see a movie, IF and WHEN you can book a ticket over the phone!!
On more than one occasion, I've had no luck booking tickets over the phone, due to them being to busy, and obviously NOT having enough staff to answer phone's.
Fantastic experience other than that!

Such a great place, and a more intimate experience. Great selection of classics too. Me and the hubby have been comming here twice a month for the last 2 years.

Great friendly staff, theatres are comfy, great mood and decor in the dinner area. WISH they would have more than one staff member at the box office at peak hour. The common answer is to 'book online' but it's not helpful for the customer when they're deep in a 10 metre line and it's moving at a crawl. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Theaters are small to mid-size, but, it has a friendly environment and staffs. Lido has especial offer for students and Swinburne students on Tuesday and Wednesday. Also, you can buy a beer from counter and bring it the theater, a big Kudos :)
