Beware if there is an old man manning the shop (David). He treated my Mum and I very rudely. Offered minimal help in our queries about our parcel collection. Told my Mum to get out of the shop if not he wouldn't release the parcel. Told me that if I don't stop talking he won't give me my parcel. Threatened to send the parcel back to the Courier just because he wasn't in the mood. I am in the service industry, and this is the worst customer service I have experienced. Disgusting, and an absolute turn-off. Will not recommend this place, neither am I ever going to patronize this place.
