A not too bad place to go if you forgot to buy something a/hrs but...very expensive. Staff it's very helpful and friendly, and they'll always assist you😊 I do feel sorry for them though, because they're working under pressure, being at all times watched by a 'big brother's' cameras. I do not go to W/Mackay IGA very often. They do ( the owners*) everything to compete with other supermarkets, even they go to ridiculousness of dropping their prices on the items by 0.01 cent hey! To me it's sick and rotten. I wish that we have an 'Aldi' in Mackay - the competition for all rip offs supermarkets lime Coles, Woolies and IGA. Then their prices would 'trully' go 'down', 'down', 'down' without rising them horrendously up first! You see we the customers aren't stupid as you all think and trat us. I grow my own vegs and cook at home an 'old' fationed way hey!😉😄

Great quality meats at fantastic prices. Old fashioned style shopping. Glass bottle milk. Old style. Love it. Fresh squeezed OJ. Squeeze it yourself. Awesome bakery produce.

Open 24/7 ultra convenient. Prices on regular goods very reasonable, great specials on meat. Getting out is annoying due to only being able to take a left turn.
