Clean well appointed room, friendly staff and in a great location. The room was a tad small but the shower was great, so all in all a pretty nice place to stay.

The room was nice but the bed was a huge letdown. Two singles pushed together that came apart during the night. We were told that all the beds were the same so there was nothing they could do. Very uncomfortable. The room service finished early which we should have expected and the after hours food was good but half of it came up to the room cold. Some more attention to these kinds of details would be good.

Wonderful stay at Peppers. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I was won over with free hot chocolate and cookies at the front desk when I arrived (pictured).
The rooms are spacious and well appointed. My room had a washing machine and dryer which was very appreciated.
Bathrooms are tidy and modern with high quality products.
I like the availability of tea and pod coffee in the rooms.
Free wifi that was ok but occasionally funky.
There were free mandarins near all the lifts which was a nice touch and great for hungry kids.
Conference facility was great with excellent catering. There is a big room and a smaller room upstairs.
Tip for those booking a room, ask for a room that faces the water. My room faced the car park and highway. Recommended.

Pretty nice. Decent location. No gym or pool and resteraunts near by very expensive. Nice river walk nearby. No parking have to pay $10 a day

Stayed in room 2006 the television is in the sitting area and can not be watched from bed. The bed is too soft and very comfortable. The temperature control is great and always maintains the right temperature. There is water damage over the window which doesn't look like the place is not maintained. The overall service is good and the staff are friendly. It's a great location and could be maintained better.
