Terrible doctors- Dr Hodson even verbally abused me for not working out for 3hrs+ a day, when I needed to see a doctor regarding a cold. I looked terrible because I was sick jackass. The recommened daily exercise is 30mins! Don't bother with this Gp clinic not worth the trouble. Doctors don't even stay with them for long so why put your health in un-cappable hands. Complete disrespected and abused my fiancee. Dont go here.

I attended Newstead Medical with my wife who had an appointment suffering from bad vertigo.
My wife had a 4pm appointment and we were told we would be next.
after an hour and a half wait I asked again to be told still that we would be next.
More than two hours in the waiting room to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes for a script and be charged a full appointment fee.
Apparently the doctors time is worth way more than ours.
Nowhere else would it be even close to acceptable to leave a customer waiting this long.

I have been a patient here for quite a few years now, they used to bulk bill but now it's a Pay On The Day Practice which makes it hard when on Centrelink benifits and your money is budgeted... Great friendly doctors and nurses...
