Had been going here for years and was happy because they let me pay off my account each time, which I always did with speed.
The last time I went to get a filling, they had me on the dental chair, they'd applied numbing stuff to my gums and at the last minute they asked "do you have money to pay for the entire procedure?" I replied that no I didn't and that I was always able to pay it off. They said they'd changed their policy and told me to leave and come back when I had all the money. They even charged me for the numbing stuff they'd put on my teeth.
I was absolutely mortified, feeling so embarrassed walking out of there with numbed gums. As a place with a set of skills I am sure they suffice, but in terms of a dental practice with a sense of morality I am afraid they failed my expectations.
