The waterworks reserve is one of Hobart's nicest places to book a BBQ hut and hold a party or gathering. There are also nice easy bush walking trails around the dams.

Great place for a barbecue or picnic and a gentle walk. Very pretty views, good seating and barbecues.

Great area, lovely short walks, satisfactory benches and BBQ's. Great place for a picnic or for kids to play. There is a booking system, but this is not required in off-peak times.
