I brought a travel wear top in October, this purchase was made in Northgate. It has been washed and worn no more than five times - the material has peeled. I spoke to a sales consultant yesterday and she told me to bring it in, so I did exactly that. I took it in today after lunch and was told by a girl that if it had been a shorter length of time Noni B would have done something. Then was informed by another girl that this has been known to happen with the travel wear tops and that they would make a note of this.
Neither girl bothered to look on the computer to see when it was purchased. I told them that if the weather had been nicer sooner, I would've found out the problem sooner.I expect this type of service from other companies.
