Close to Beach, Neat and Tidy (ok not bad)

Good location and well appointed. Maintenance is behind (broken air con & lounge suite) and not very responsive.
We found previous occupants knickers and tissues in our bed (guess they didn't change the bedding).
Apart from that........
Our Canadian guests weren't that impressed.
Reception most often un-attended
