Excellent customer service, when I had an issue which was unfortunately due to the lack of respect from other patrons and not from the cinema staff or the cinema itself.

The experience I had with Hoyts Erina last night was nothing short of perfection! Staff are always friendly and treat you with up- most respect & the cinemas themselves are amazing. Really comfy seats. Yeah look I love Hoyts Erina!

Buy tickets online before you get there, otherwise you'll be stuck in the longest queue and likely miss the movie! ExtremeScreen cinemas have reasonably comfy leather seats, but the older cinemas are just awful. Candy bar expensive and no prices listed on the menu boards is a bit suss.

Well now I don't need a small personal loan to afford tickets and something from the candy bar...good times!!.
Flat rate tickets & Hoyt's rewards which is actually quite rewarding. Sneaky free choc tops & free tickets. Screens are great & surround audio is on point. Yeah almost a regular now...good times.
